Tori Brandon

My pastor recommended this
book to me before I got married.
I as under the assumption that
this would be religious in tone
and not very relevant to today’s
ever-changing relationships. I am
so glad I was wrong! This is one
of those books I would suggest
everyone to read. It has simple
explanations of what can so
often go wrong in relationships.
It is not about men versus
women but about the way people
receive love through God.

Hilda Elena

I found this book very useful
without being preachy and guilt
ridden. Daniel Nwaelene is a
marriage genius. I felt like I was
in couple’s therapy without
paying hundreds an hour. I am
not just talking married couples.
I am talking parents, children,
friends, anyone in any
relationship should know this
stuff.

Marcius Prebensen

So many friends recommended
this book to me that I wanted to
read it just so I could have an
opinion on it, but I have to say that
I think this book is pretty useful.
The author is definitely on to
something. I have been trying this
out not just on my marriage, but
also with my children and other
relationships.
Interesting, insightful, useful. Good
dinner conversation.

Naomi Jackson

This is another fantastic
marriage book. For any
Christian marriage who needs a
reminder of what their
marriage is intended for.
Surprisingly theological, in a
good way, Daniel Nwaelene’s
down-to-earth, calming,
pastoral approach applies
theology to the real-life issues
of marriage very helpfully. I
can’t recommend this book
enough and I’m sure I’ll be
turning back to it again and
again.

Desiree Abrahams

Wonderfully encouraging and
mostly solid advice. Very
interesting, deep reading of the
making of single parents with
practical advice that holds up to
the rest of the scripture. Daniel
Nwaelene’s book is filled with
highlightable advice and
anecdotes (which I plan on
revisiting). BEST book I’ve ever
read on the topic, and so
expertly written to all audiences.

Roy Jeanes

This is simply the most thorough
treatment of these topics I’ve ever
read. I would highly recommend
this resource. Being grounded in
the truth of the Bible, we
understand that God designed
things to work in certain ways for
our good. This book will help many
to discuss not just “traditional
values,” but God’s values and his
Word.
